A fully injected moulded glass washer basket from polypropylene. Overall dimensions, 444mm x 355mm x 90mm. Colour - grey. The basket has the ability to be easily compartmented by using a removing and adjusting peg, giving the end user individual compartments for various glass sizes. The basket is stackable by use of a removing corner piece. Non rusting, durable, useable with any glass washer and existing steel bar racking.

The peg has a hexagonal pin at its base and has two positions in being placed in the baskets receiving hex. Hole. The peg is a tight fit and for removal it needs to be pulled straight out or knocked out from the under side.

The basket has the capacity to receive 32 pegs to enable 31 champagne flutes as its maximum. Various combinations are achievable.

The corner peg enables the user to stack basket on basket for storage purposes. These corner pegs are looser fit than the comparting pegs. They locate into moulded corner locations above and below each basket. These may have to be removed to enable the basket to be placed into a glass washer as some makes have low height clearance.

Tubular steel frames with key hole notches to take a removable glass filled nylon runner/slide. The runner/slide gives user ability to adjust runner heights to compensate for taller glasses in the baskets. The frame is 19mm x 1.2mm BMS Steel and Zinc plated. The system comes in kit form ready for assembly complete with braces and is available in 4 tier (820mm high) or 3 tier (640mm high).

The frame comes with individual key hole plugs for location, after runners have been set, to close frame completely to debris and the like. These plugs are able to be prised out when further runner adjustment is required. They come on a card of 4 x 4.

The runner is placed into the hole on the rack frame and slid down for a positive seat. To remove, it is pushed back up to the top of the key hole notch and gently worked out.
